Absolutely love the Elta Ego Piña Colada! 🍍🥥 I’m almost 9 months sober, and finding a drink like this has honestly helped me so much. I still enjoy having something that feels like a treat in the evening, and this really satisfies those sweet cravings without being loaded with sugar.
It tastes delicious, feels like I’m having a proper cocktail, and I love that it has very little sugar as well as ingredients like maca, ginseng and L-theanine. It’s become one of my favourite alcohol-free drinks and has definitely made my sober journey that little bit easier. Highly recommend! 💕

Pina Colada- We found it surprisingly refreshing- strong pineapple flavour and not too sweet. This was our first try of your product and we would definitely try more of the range. Love the packaging!!!
I needed to give up alcohol and I couldn't find my go to drink until I found elta ego..wow I am absolutely hooked... I have tried a few of the flavors and live them but my favorite is the pina colada.. . So happy I have found my alternative drink

I have a bad reaction to coconut due to a health condition so I was always sad I couldn't enjoy my once favourite drink. Now I can! No bad side effects! Hooray...
I recently ordered the Raspberry G&T, Pina Colada, Mojito and Cosmopolitan from Elta Ego and they were all delicious and with the high quality ingredients you can't go wrong. I have gotten my friends and family on to them as well, will be re-ordering soon.
I was not sure what to expect before trying these drinks but I have to say that they exceeded all expectations. Very refreshing, the taste is spot on and best of all, low sugar with the added goodness of L Theanine and ginseng.
If you love a Pina Colada, but want something lighter (less creamy) and non-alcoholic - this is the drink for you! a huge hit at our xmas party for the non-drinkers 😊
Probably my favourite of all the flavours. Very more-ish. Not too sweet, but has the flavour profile exactly right - the coconut and creaminess is so nice!
