Tell us about yourself?
I'm Becky a 23 year old veterinary student. As much as I love socialising and hosting events, I also love prioritising my health, fitness and diet!
What made you decide to reduce or stop drinking alcohol?
Being a student resulted in a lot of binge drinking, feeling hungover, and being tired all the time. As i've gotten a bit older i've realised how much I enjoy feeling good everyday, and how amazing products like Elta Ego help this!!
What have you found to be the biggest benefits of not drinking alcohol?
Honestly, feeling wayyy more energised, having a clearer mind (which is important for my studies and career!) and being able to get up the next day feeling my best.
What advice would you give to people who are "sober curious" or trying to cut back?
Cutting back doesn't have to be hard. You don't have to stop socialising, or miss out on important events. You can still enjoy drinks without alcohol and reap the benefits the following days.
What role has elta ego played in your journey?
Elta Ego has played a huge role. Not only are the drinks absolutely delicious, but they allow me to have something to take with me to my social events, help me feel better the next day, and improve my happiness and health!
