At Elta Ego, we believe feeling good should never come at the planet’s expense. That’s why sustainability is built into every part of what we do — from how we source our ingredients to the way we package and deliver your drinks.

Better Packaging

We use recyclable aluminium cans and all of our cartons and shippers are made locally from NZ cardboard. We also use recyclable brown paper to cushion our drinks in courier parcels — never plastic filler.

Local Production

Our cocktails are made in Auckland, cutting down transport emissions and supporting local jobs.

Our modern production line is highly energy- and water-efficient, helping us keep our footprint small.

Responsible Sourcing

We source most of our ingredients locally by weight, such as lime juice from Hawke’s Bay, even when it costs more than importing.

We use a leaf-based ginseng extract, allowing the plant to keep growing and producing, rather than uprooting it.

Every Elta Ego employee is trained on sustainability, with a focus on reducing waste and improving environmental impact at every step.
