Pricing
We offer free shipping for orders over $75 in New Zealand. For orders under $75 in New Zealand, we charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99.
Delivery Timeframes
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 2 days of placing your online order, please contact us at hello@drinkeltaego.com.
Delivery is typically within 2 - 3 business days for Metro areas and 4 - 5 days for rural areas. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date and are unsure if it will arrive in time, please contact us at hello@drinkeltaego.com.
