5 Tips To Help You Do Dry July With Ease

Participating in Dry July can be a rewarding experience both for your body and mind, and with the right approach it can be easier than you think. Here are five tips to help you navigate Dry July like a pro:

  1. Plan Alternative Activities. Replace your usual habits where you would drink alcohol (such as going to a restaurant or bar) with new activities that you have always wanted to try, such as trying a dance class, having a movie or games night, or learning to cook new dishes or desserts at home.

     

  2. Find a substitute drink to enjoy when you would normally drink alcohol. It’s easier to replace the habit of opening an alcoholic drink with a non-alcoholic drink than not drinking anything at all.
